About the Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Lead for our Mini Business Unit at the factory in Sävsjö.
As a Maintenance Lead, you are ultimately responsible for eliminating breakdowns and losses, as well as overseeing machine maintenance on the production lines within your Mini Business Unit.
You are also responsible for building capacity within the team to deliver overall results on the production lines.
The Maintenance Lead reports to the Department Manager. In this role, you will work hands-on, meaning you will spend a significant portion of your time on the production floor as part of the operational activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing the daily plan and reporting on results from the last 24 hours.
- Developing improvement plans.
- Planning and leading the scheduling of maintenance work for the upcoming week.
- Planning and leading the scheduling of next month's maintenance work according to the annual maintenance plan and previously identified tasks.
Your Profile
As a Maintenance Lead, you need to be driven, structured, and service-oriented. You must also demonstrate a high level of personal accountability and result orientation.
You will work closely with large parts of the organization, meaning you must appreciate collaborating with various individuals and departments.
Requirements for the Maintenance Lead role include:
- Industrial mechanical work experience.
- Experience from the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in continuous improvement work.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with problem-solving tools (fishbone diagram, RCA, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CE certification
- Green Belt
- 5S methodology
- LEAN principles
- Pneumatics, mechanical engineering
